"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Janet S.

What are you hoping to understand?  Are you aware of behavior patterns and reactions that negatively impact relationships, your ability to achieve education and career goals, or even knowing yourself?  Perhaps changes due to a welcome or unwelcome transition have caught you off guard. Have you experienced a loss?  Are you having symptoms of depression or anxiety that aren't getting better, or the sense that stress has taken over your life?  Do you feel unprepared to addresses parenting challenges or your child's developmental needs?  These topics and others are at the heart of my psychotherapy practice.  My most important task as a psychotherapist is to listen so that you may experience being understood. Together we will find the most helpful therapeutic approaches to reach your goals.

I work with individuals (age 14+), couples and families.  I have a special interest in AD/HD and learning issues across the life span, including adult diagnosis.  Please feel free to call so we can discuss your situation and therapy interests and see if making an appointment to meet is the right "next step".  I look forward to talking with you.
