"I can't thank you enough. Your web site is such an incredible resource. I only wish I had found it earlier..."

Irene A.

"I have to say that I am most impressed with your site. As I told you I had "googled" and "yahooed" for this information but found nothing that compared to your database... My search was becoming very stressful and I wish to thank you for relieving that stress."

Transform your pain into joyful power!

I created Soulful Healing because I have a passion for helping teens and adults transform their emotional and physical pain into joyful power.  I will help you learn practical skills to better manage your feelings, make better choices, think fewer negative thoughts, communicate more easily, and react to stress more calmly.

I do this through a combination of talk therapy, mindfulness, yoga-based movement, and energetic or spiritual healing.  I  earned a Master’s in Social Welfare from UCLA and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker during 10 years of clinical work at a non-profit that serves impoverished communities.  I feel so grateful to have discovered yoga more than 14 years ago, as it has been a true blessing that continuously fuels my passion for holistic healing.  My other training includes being a Professional Yoga Therapist (www.professionalyogatherapy.org), a Reiki Master, and an Energy Healing Practitioner via the Lionheart Insititute (www.lionheartinstitute.com).  My specialties include the treatment of anxiety, trauma, abuse, grief, loss, and chronic pain.  Having grown up in a small California town, I bring the calm of the wide open spaces to my work in the hectic Los Angeles landscape.  Skype psychotherapy sessions available to those anywhere in California.  Energy healing available (Skype or phone) available worldwide.
