If you don't already have a Web page or Web site, we can create a custom made Web Page, called a "Profile Page", linked to your listing.

The page follows a standard format that includes a picture (optional) and special information about your practice or organization. Your Profile Page is custom designed to promote your practice or service. Also, since it can be accessed directly on the Internet, you can use the web address on your business card, stationery or brochure. Here is an example of a Profile Page.

If you want to create your own Profile Page, please call the customer service line at 800-652-0155 or email Lisa. The set up fee (one-time charge) is $50 to $100, depending on the time involved. Thereafter, we charge a $25 per year maintenance fee that includes one annual update or revision.
